Job Summary: The Store Manager in our company will be responsible for efficiently managing the company’s inventory, ensuring the availability of necessary components, and overseeing the smooth functioning of the store. This role involves coordinating with various departments, suppliers, and vendors to maintain optimal stock levels while adhering to budgetary constraints.
Key Responsibilities:
1 – Inventory Management: Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and ensure accurate record- keeping of all items, including their specifications, quantities, and locations.
2 – Procurement and Vendor Management: Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to understand material requirements. Also, source and negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive prices and favorable terms.
3 – Order Processing and Fulfillment: Process purchase orders efficiently and coordinate with the procurement team for timely delivery and oversee the receipt of goods, verify their quality and ensure proper documentation.
4 – Store Operations: Enforce standard operating procedures to maintain an organized & efficient store and should supervise the handling, storage, and transportation of materials to prevent damage and ensure compliance with safety standards.
5 – Budget Management: Identify cost-saving opportunities and negotiate favorable terms with suppliers to optimize expenditure.
Qualifications and Skills:
~ Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
~ Proven experience in store management, preferably in a PLC automation system integrator or a related industry.
~ Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and practices.
~ Familiarity with PLC automation components and related technical terminology.
~ Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
~ Proficient in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office applications.

Senior PLC Programmer

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced PLC Programmer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in PLC programming, with expertise in SCADA systems and must have proficiency in working with any of Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider, Rockwell, and ABB PLC platforms. As a key member of our technical team, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing innovative automation solutions for our diverse range of clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1 – PLC Programming: Develop, test, and implement PLC programs for a variety of industrial automation projects.
2 – SCADA Integration: Design and integrate SCADA systems to enhance overall control and monitoring capabilities.
3 – Project Management and Documentation: Contribute to the design of control systems, considering client specifications and project requirements. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all developed PLC programs and SCADA configurations.
4 – Troubleshooting and support: Diagnose and troubleshoot PLC and SCADA-related issues on-site and remotely. Provide technical support during installation, commissioning, and ongoing maintenance phases.
5 – Collaboration: Collaborate with project managers, electrical engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Qualifications and Skills:
~ Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
~ Proven experience as a PLC Programmer in an automation system integrator company.
~ Experienced in working with Paper industry, Steel industry, Wire Industry will be preferred.
~ Proficiency in programming Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider, Rockwell, and ABB PLCs.
~ Strong knowledge of SCADA systems and HMI design.
~ Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (e.g., Profibus, Modbus).
